CONCERN 2013, A GRAND SUCCESS… THANK YOU ALL!!
3 Days, 82 universities & colleges across 15 nations, 55 consultants from more than 18 countries, 2788 meetings and 112 crucial MoU's initiated – CONCERN 2013. The three-day International Summit on School & Higher Education saw top educational institutions, including foreign institutions and consultants from across the globe share a unique platform to facilitate partnerships and academic / non-academic collaborations. Out of the 112 MoU's initiated during the three day conference, 31 achieved functionality during the event itself and were testified by the signing of the dotted lines.
Bal Bharti Academy and ASSOCHAM came together to organise this event on behalf of the various stake holders and providers of education, and were supported by the Planning Commission of India for this noble cause. We received an overwhelming response from both domestic as well as foreign institutions. Together with the participation of our esteemed guests, CONCERN 2013 addressed three main issues – "The Role of ICT & Beyond", "Come to India Program" and "Alternative Sources of Resource Generation". All aimed at achieving productive business-oriented discussions between educational professionals from various countries and key stake holders in the Education industry.
The pools of discussions brought about several partnerships and exchange programs, between foreign and domestic universities, institutions and consultants. Presentations and discussions by our respected panel highlighted the Indian education system to a global community with the aim of attracting foreign students to Indian varsities.
The preparations for the event lasted over a year, retaining at every step the goal to present a suitable platform for the much needed incentives and interactions of educational bodies and professionals, who remain the final envoys of change within this sector.
With the dates for CONCERN 2014 already set by its CEO Shri Maninder Singh Nayyar for 4th – 6th April 2014, this education wagon has set itself upon a fruitful and long journey.
CONCERN 2013 saw the participation from across 30 Nations. (FLAGS)
